Soul Nurture

If you’re needing a dose of healing with your massage, look no further than Soul Nurture. A sensual feast of relaxation and intuitive massage blends seamlessly with warm oils and healing modalities such as reiki and crystal sound bowls to deliver one of the most grounding and luxurious massages you can imagine.

Having worked at some of the top spas in Perth, Tash has a softness and wiseness beyond her years, and will leave you feeling a million bucks after experiencing her healing hands.

Limón Spa

One of Perth’s most well renowned spas, and for good reason.

Tucked away in Mount Hawthorn, Limón Spa will have you breathing a sigh of relief from the moment you step through the door.

Our top recommendation is the lymphatic massage, with full body exfoliation, dry body brushing, and shower added on. Your body, mind and soul will feel completely cleansed, and the post treatment lemony-lime water afterwards will gently rouse you back to your senses in preparation for re-entering the real world. We won’t be surprised if you book your next appointment before you walk out the door.

Como Shambhala Urban Escape

For the ultimate in luxe, look no further than Como Shambhala. With a seamless blend of eastern and western wellness methodologies – you’ll leave feeling completely balanced and restored.
Our top pick here is the Como Shambhala SLEEP Wellness Immersion, featuring 60 minutes of dreamy massage, 60 minutes of tension releasing reflexology for your tootsies, and a take-home essential oil to add to your evening bath that will send you off into the most blissful snooze of your life.

Crown Perth Spa

Pack your togs, because one of the very best parts of a spa experience at Crown is that all clients have free access to the spa and sauna for 1 hour before their appointment!

Float your cares away in the mineral pool and start loosening up your muscles in the sauna and steam room to prepare yourself for 60-90 minutes of deluxe massage that will leave you so relaxed it’ll be difficult to drive home afterwards.

To solve that problem, why not make a weekend of it and book in for an overnight stay? Spend your days napping in a cabana and lazing by the pool – frozen cocktail in hand, naturally – and indulging in spa treatments on the side for the ultimate staycation. Europe? We’ve never heard of her.

Kirstin Rose

With 16+ years of experience in the spa industry, and recent studies in reiki and yoga, Kirstin Rose is an intuitive massage therapist. She knows exactly what your body needs on the day. Her technique and pressure is always spot on, getting your body to relax and melt while you drift away.

One client even shared with us “no massage I’ve had in Australia or overseas has left me feeling so rejuvenated, I go back monthly to keep my body healthy”. ‘Nuff said.

Hot tip – book in for 1.5 hours and let Kristin do whatever she thinks is best for your body on the day – she’ll work her magic and you’ll leave feeling brand new.

Homm

For our south of the river besties, or those who are happy to travel, Homm have you covered for your Thai massage needs.

The lovely staff, relaxing ambience and high-quality massage mean that we’ve been recommending this little gem for many years. For best results, try the (clothed) Thai Yoga Massage, followed by the Aromatherapy Oil Massage.

Bodyright Massage

If pain or muscle soreness is why you’re considering a massage, then we’d recommend looking at some remedial massage options to get your body feeling brand new again.

Word on the street is that Sheldon from Bodyright Massage in Wembley is the masseuse to see if you want to get your body in tip top condition pre or post exercise. He comes highly recommended, and counts the WIldcats, Perth Lynx, Western Force, and Perth Glory among his regular clients – but you don’t need to be a professional athlete to book in, Sheldon and the team at Bodyright will look after you no matter if you’re a non-exerciser, or shooting for the big leagues.
