Haiku Freo might be the new kid on the block, but they’ve very quickly garnered a reputation for the best ramen bowls around the Fremantle massive. Either of their Kombu Shiitake or Pork Tonkatsu broths will do the trick, you just pick your protein (pork, chicken or tofu) and let head Chef Lockie do the rest. They rock a few different combination specials randomly during the week, and they always hit just right.

Perth ramen fiends will need no introduction to Nao Ramen. Since relocating from their original Murray Street digs, they’ve continued to set the standard.
