West Perth has the perfect mix of nature and city all wrapped up into one. The pathways are shadowed by overhanging trees and outlined with rose bushes. Walking through the streets you will find a beautiful park or chill space on almost every corner. Despite being a major business district in the city, West Perth feels like a quiet suburban backyard. Don’t let the quiet vibe of West Perth give you the idea that there’s not much going on, there are plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and things to do, day and night.
West End Deli
Running successfully for over 8 years, this suburban delight has become a staple on the West Perth brunch scene. Frequenters of the establishment need not even ask for their order, as the homely staff know it off by heart. Always focussing on providing top-notch dishes created from locally sourced produce, it’s a rare gem that certainly deserves a visit next time you’re in the area.
This little hole in the wall creates sushi with a twist. Trade in your California Roll for a Bacon Cheeseburger Maki or Fried Chicken Steam Buns. These geniuses have invented a way we can eat our most favourite naughty food without the guilt, everyone knows sushi is healthy, right? It’s a great place to pick up something on the go, or you can sit out on the balcony as you work through your Sriracha hang over.
Bagels and Beans
Exactly as the name says, Bagels and Beans is the West Perth provider of coffee and our favourite carb-dense filling holders – bagels. Based on the busy Hay St strip, covered with posters of old and upcoming gigs, this little funky café has a great vibe. Choose from a range of pre-made bagels or invent your own, all bagels are made fresh on-site daily.
This pub is a mixture of taste and tradition, fancy and relaxed, professional and tongue-in-cheek. Sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, under the balcony overlooking the trees or inside the classic style bistro area, this multi-purpose seating plan has got it all. They have in impressive, award-winning wine list as well as a build-your-own cocktail section and a popular craft beer list.

Gordon St Garage
This is one of the coolest coffee joints in town, utilising the flavoursome beans of Mano a Mano, you’ll never be disappointed picking up a brew. Fill yourself with goodness with their list of fresh juices and smoothies or go a little naughty and try their Espresso Milkshake or a Cold Drip Coffee Negroni! Yep, they serve out of tis world booze, and if you need to line your tum, their food menu isn’t half bad, too (I lied, it’s incredible).
Go to Yoga

The Yoga Space is run by Jean & Rob, two highly educated academic professionals who gained their yogi accreditation studying Ashtanga in Mysore, India.
