River’s End Retreat is a bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Lovingly constructed by the owners this unique and cosy retreat is made from up-cycled materials using shipping containers and Red Gum timber milled on the property. The Tiny House is located on a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire.

Karri Loam is a brand new villa located simultaneously in the heart of Margs and on the edge of a mature karri forest, right on the banks to the Margaret River itself. A truly unique space, the design plunges stayers right amongst it with beautiful views of the trees, set within a villa comprised of materials inspired by the region itself. A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking a certified organic Windows Estate vineyard. The Tiny House on Wheels is very well equipped, with an upstairs queen bed complete with opening skylight and views over the lemon orchard. There is a full bathroom, composting toilet, hot and cold running water, full kitchen, medium sized refrigerator/freezer, oven, and two burner hot plate as well as air conditioning. The highlight of the property however is no doubt the incredible wood fired outdoor bath!
