Check Out Which Venues Won Big At This Week’s AHA Awards

Hospitality’s glittering night of nights took place on Monday, with the annual AHA-Aon Hospitality Awards for Excellence lighting up the Crown ballroom.

The annual awards celebrate the best of Perth’s eating and drinking across a huge range of categories – from casual pubs to fine dining, to the best training initiatives.

Taking home the impressive gong of Perth’s Best Hospitality Venue was Highgate’s brand-spankin’ new, greenery-filled multi-level behemoth The Beaufort.

The Beaufort was also awarded New Venue Award, while their luxe Asian-fusion dining restaurant, Lotus, took out the Restaurant Award as joint winners alongside Fleur at the Royal. Lotus’ Head Chef Sundoo Kim was also a finalist in the Head Chef category, won by Shane Middleton of Fleur.
