Have You Tried This Epic, Bougie Seafood Tower (With Equally Epic Views)?

Some bougie waterfront views deserve a feast just as fancy, and Art of Seafood‘s epic chilled seafood tower certainly fits the bill.

The high tea-inspired, three-layered tower is the waterfront restaurant’s signature calling card these days, and includes lobster (of course), tiger prawns, oysters, scampi, Shark Bay Crab, pickled octopus and confit tuna.

The tower is offered alongside their other more restrained menu items: think oysters with an array of toppings, scallops with bone marrow and Caspian caviar. (We said more restrained, not less bougie!)

If you’re feeling extra fancy, you can also get into their impressive 1.3kg grilled WA lobster, topped with your choice of lobster butter or garlic furikake butter and served with truffled fries.

How about high tea on the water? On offer every Sunday, take in the East Perth river views with three tiers of sweet and savoury goodies – along with a glass of champagne, of course.
