It’s fair to say that we do love a frothy or two, and in recent years that obsession has filtered out into literally hundreds of breweries around the country exploring the age-old combo of yeast, malt and…whatever else goes into a good beer.

And once the beer is brewed what do we do? Drink the beer! And one of the biggest events to do so on the WA calendar in recent years has been the Fremantle Beerfest, returning this November for three big days in the green surrounds of Esplanade Park.

Presented by Little Creatures, it’s the largest meeting place of WA producers, with more than 300 unique, exotic and small batch craft beers, ciders and cocktails for you to discover – responsibly, of course.

This year organisers are promising will be the biggest ever, with the site growing to include more good times and activations, including:

Little Creatures rooftop container bar and beer garden;
Beerfarm fun zone with brass brand, table tennis, pool tables and the Bow Wow Brau Bar – a self-serve non-alcoholic Dog Beer for the puppers out there;
Froth Craft Beer fun bus, Belafonte, returns hosting intimate brewer sessions;
Funk Cider container bar;
Shelter Brewing Boat Bar;
Mash Can Van;
Blasta Container Bar;
Feral Biggie Bar and beer garden;
Cocktail Gastronomy mixers bar and more…

All of this sweet, sweet beer will of course be complemented by a huge array of succulent street food to keep you fuelled up, along with some brain fuel in the form of masterclasses, brewers chats, cheeky trivia and more.

“Freo Beerfest is all about WA’s love for local beer – the masterclasses, chats and tastings are an awesome way to explore beer and some of the unique brews coming out of WA,” said WA Brewers Association president, Andy Scade.

Running from Friday 12-Sunday 14 November, tickets have just gone on sale and we’ve got a 15% discount offer via THIS LINK.
