In terms of iconic pairings throughout history, well-cooked beef and a perfectly crafted brew would have to be up there.

And this Friday the biggest pub in the Southern Hemisphere is looking to do the pairing justice with the BEVY Beer Dinner.

On the menu: a special four-course menu with the hero being Stirling Ranges Beef, paired with a lineup of five ice cold BEVY Brews, fresh out of The Camfield’s in-house microbrewery.

While you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy BEVY staples like the XPA, First Lager, Cygnet Ale and Burswood On Wood Stout, head brewer Andy Scade has a special surprise in store for beer #5.

He’s been hard at work in the lab cooking up BEVY’s latest release, and dinner-goers will be the first in the state to try it.

But what about that menu, we hear you asking.

Well, how’s this sound?

Arrival: BBQ beef brisket slider

Entree: Beer battered hoki

Main: Stirling Ranges Rendang beef short rib

Dessert: Tiramisu

If you’re not sold by now we don’t know what else to tell ya!

For those already salivating, it kicks off 6pm on Friday 18 September and bookings are essential via THIS LINK.
