If you’re chasing a unique food and drink experience around Perth may we humbly point you towards Brookfield Place Perth this coming April 27 or 28 where you’ll find Rossini’s Perfect Pairing.

A curious blend of creative culinary, mixology and…the West Australian Opera, the progressive tasting is inspired by Gioachino Rossini’s The Barber Seville and will feature exclusive performances from the WA Opera across five venues.

Moving through Bar Lafayette, Print Hall, The Heritage Wine Bar, W. Churchill and Bobeche, each stop will present its own special cocktail or wine offering, with three stops pairing those drinks with entree courses to the main operatic event!

So if you’re a fan of opera, looking to shake up for you Perth-based culinary adventures or just looking for a unique night out on the town, this could be just the ticket.

It’s happening across two nights, Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 April from 6.30pm-8.30pm, kicking off at Bar Lafayette.

With only a few spots remaining we suggest you GET BOOKING NOW!
