These guys are celebrating the 12 days of Christmas with 12 Christmas cocktails. The 12 cocktails have a fun and festive twist, with a variety of Christmas flavours. Expect cranberry, cherry, coconut and strawberry flavours throughout the suite of drinks. From a Mistletoe Mimosa to the Christmas Pavlova, the cocktails are as festive as it gets, and only $18.

This Japanese basement bar in the city loves a fun cocktail. For the month of December, they’re serving three Christmas cocktails. Rudolph’s Regular, which is made with Umeshu, Sloe Gin, plum bitters a dash of Yuzu and garnished with mistletoe; Fuji Funtime, which is made with Bati spiced rum, fireball, hazelnut syrup, fresh apple juice and lemon, dusted with cinnamon sugar and dehydrated green apple wheel; plus, Santa Sour, that’s made with Shochu, Amaretto, lemon, sugar syrup, dash of black walnut bitters, whites and garnished with shaved nutmeg on top.

If you’re having a night out in Fremantle, then be sure to add Harbourside’s Festive Gin-gle (pun intended) cocktail to your list. The gin inspired cocktail is made with Four Pillars Xmas Gin, Licor 43 and gingerbread, because who doesn’t love a gingerbread garnish you can eat after?

TWR Bar at Crown Towers

Get ready for a creamy, smooth and sweet Christmas tipple from TWR Bar. The Gingerbread Dream is exactly that, a dream, made with Tanqueray, Licor 43, All Spice Liqour, gingerbread syrup, cream and egg white. If you’re after something nuttier, then try their Frosty Manhattan cocktail. It’s the combination of ghee fat wash rye, cacao infused sweet vermouth, pimento dram, coconut tincture and chocolate bitters that makes it more robust and spirit-forward. Both cocktails are available from December 13-26.

From December 18, you can get your hands on the Snowtorious B.I.G. This festive tipple is a mix of white rum, coconut and pineapple. Subiaco’s favourite small bar is whipping up a Strawberry and Basil Gin Sour for the festive season. It pairs perfectly with their relaxed menu of burgers and shared dishes. They’re also part of the Subiaco Christmas Cocktail Trail, which involves nine venues in Subiaco – all you have to do is download the map from the See Subiaco website and make your way from venue to venue.

If you’re heading to Crown Perth this time of year, then visit the Lobby Lounge for a little Mistletoe Crush, which is available now until January 3. This cocktail is like an apple pie, with a combination of De Kuyper Apple Schnapps, Pimm’s, Amaro Montenegro, cinnamon, cranberry, apple and rhubarb bitters.
