Ciao, Cuccini! This Minimalistic Gelato Shop Is Now Open In Northbridge
It’s been stinking hot lately, so beyond our love of dessert, we’re doubly delighted to welcome a new opportunity for gelato into the fold.
Which is why we’re saying such an enthusiastic “ciao!” to Cuccini, a minimalistic gelateria just opened in Northbridge.
Located within one of William Street’s most charming rows of shopfronts, the space keeps things restrained with crisp white walls and a long steel bench holding a neat row of polished pozzetti. A row of branded, very on trend, terracotta and pink tees and hats provide a dash of colour.
Within these gleaming, silver pozzetti, you’ll be treated to a selection of gelato that oscillates between the ultra traditional (pistachio, fior di latte, coffee, chocolate) to the crowd pleasing (rum and raisin, strawberry, vanilla), to the more new wave – including now-ubiquitous matcha, red bean, an avocado and lime sorbet, or a twist on Persian-style saffron bastani.
