Ciao STAMPA! Print Hall’s new Italian restaurant, helmed by Michelin-starred chefs
Since reopening back in February, we’ve been intrigued to see how Print Hall – one of Perth’s original multi-level, behemoth venues – would emerge into its new stage of life.
Rather than undergoing a cataclysmic shift, Print Hall has been instead been taking a more gentle approach – an update here, a tweak over there. Softly softly, as the saying goes.
But one of its largest transformations has been announced, with the addition of STAMPA! to Print Hall’s impressive roster of eating and drinking.

Scheduled to open on May 25, the restaurant will be helmed by two Italian powerhouses: Print Hall’s Executive Chef, Luca Minetti, and STAMPA!’s Head Chef, Paolo del Monte, pictured below with NightOwl Entertainment’s Cristiano Fraulini.
Minetti’s CV has seen him lead kitchens in Paris and the Caribbean over the past eight years, while del Monte has enjoyed stints at Montemerano’s two-Michelin starred restaurant Caino and London’s two-Rosette Thistle Hotel, before making his way to Cottesloe’s Canteen Pizza.
Appropriately, we can expect to enjoy fare that encompasses Italy’s varied regions – from rustic pasta to coastal seafood flavours, and an Italian-centric wine list to match.
