Construction Is Underway On A Huge New Beach Club Near Hillarys

A huge 1400 square metre venue is coming to Pinnaroo Point, with construction now well underway of Hillarys Beach Club.

The mammoth multi-level venue will be open from breakfast through to dinner, and will include a gastropub, restaurant and function space, alongside a grab-and-go beachside kiosk. A wind-shielded terrace has also been included in the design so you can enjoy the stunning unimpeded ocean views year-round.

Amongst the 100-plus local staff joining the team, the kitchen will have Samson Brent at the helm: the chef’s CV includes a stint with Gordon Ramsey at his flagship London restaurant, with a current role overseeing the kitchen at sister venue The Iluka until the Beach Club opens its doors.

“We are very excited to bring the long-awaited Hillarys Beach Club to the community with an incredible beach feel and some of the best sunset views along the coast,” owner of both The Iluka and Hillarys Beach Club Ryan Esqulant said.

“We are right on the coast so want to be accessible for breakfast, lunch and dinner crowd along with those wanting to enjoy a few drinks straight off the beach. With a venue this size and location in the heart of Hillarys, it is imperative that we deliver something for everyone.”

Hillarys Beach Club is scheduled for completion in December 2023, and is located at John Wilkie Tarn, Hillarys.
