Double Rainbow’s New Menu Is Double Delicious (And Ready To Serve You This Autumn)
When it comes to big flavours, Northbridge’s Double Rainbow is pulling no punches – becoming a favourite spot to start off a wild night out in Northbridge or have an intimate date night in the dining room’s dark corners.
Part of the behemoth multi-level venue the Rechabite, as the weather cools down they’re turning up the heat with a new menu from Head Chef Navarre Top. With a CV that includes Michelin-starred London eatery The Ledbury, as well as Perth venues the Trustee, Enrique’s and Blake Street Merchant, Top’s menu balances bold and exuberant flavours with top-tier local produce – including Linley Valley Pork, Kailis Bros Leederville seafood and Margaret River Wagyu and Stirling Ranges beef.
So what does that all look like? It looks like moreish torched salmon with white kimchi, fermented chilli and crispy nori, like marinated pork loin with coal toasted tomato and ginko, or a spectacular 1kg, 30 day dry aged Black Angus T-bone with chimichurri, ssam and kimchi. It also looks like our Friday night dinner plans – especially with half the menu available as vegan options, and over half the menu gluten-free, you don’t have to worry about any rogue dietaries in your crew.

Old favourites will still be on offer – like those always-tempting, unmissable triple cooked potatoes with gochujang garlic duck fat.
