Gordon Street Garage to transform into a huge brewpub by the end of the year
West Perth is set to gain a huge 600-capacity brewpub, welcoming international craft brewer BrewDog to 16 Gordon Street by the end of the year.
Only 550 metres from Perth Arena and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the CBD and Northbridge, the brewpub will be BrewDog’s fifth Australian location opened in partnership with hospitality group Australian Venue Co., and the first in WA.

The sprawling 945sqm venue will include two bars with 40 taps of Brisbane-brewed craft beer, a beer garden, stage and retail space, with neon lighting, arcade games and more to complement the space’s well-loved industrial aesthetic.
As well as those 40 taps of beers, the bar will feature a selection of cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alc options, while eats will include BrewDog’s signature burgers, wings and pizzas – not to mention a huge range of vegan and vego options. (The menu is 50% plant-based!)
“Australia is one of the most exciting craft beer markets in the world and so we are thrilled to be expanding our partnership with AVC to bring our unique bar experience to the people of Perth” said James Watt, CEO and Co-founder of BrewDog.
“With five bars across the country, Australia is an increasingly important market for us, as we
continue to lead the craft beer revolution all over the globe”.
“Perth has one of the most dynamic hospitality scenes in the country right now,” added Australian Venue Co. CEO Paul Waterson. “So we’re excited to bring our partnership with a renowned international brand like BrewDog to WA for the first time.”
