One of the world’s Top 50 restaurants is popping up in Perth next week
We come to you today as the bearers of some bittersweet news for Perth foodies – the team behind one of the best-rated restaurants in the world is headed to Perth for two exclusive nights this Sunday and Monday.
The catch? Indian Accent’s exclusive pop-up event at Bistro Guillaume is already sold out!
Indian Accent, New Delhi, has earned international acclaim for its modern take on traditional Indian flavours, blending them with global ingredients to create something truly unique.
It was voted India’s #1 restaurant, by Conde Nast Traveller last year and La Liste this year, and has constantly featured on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list since 2013.
For two nights only, Chef Rijul Gulati (pictured above) and his team will showcase a fusion of Indian culinary expertise with fresh, local Australian produce.
Here’s a taste of what attendees can expect:
– Tandoori foie gras, red pumpkin salan, papadum; mango pickle pork ribs (hailing from the SouthWest, courtesy of Mondo butchers), kohlrabi, masala crackling; blue swimmer crab (Shark Bay, of course!), malwani pulao and more.
– The Vegetarian menu features dishes like masala baked beet, peanut butter, khandvi; smoked arbi, red pumpkin salan, papadum, among other delectable creations.
The exclusive two-night event will give diners a chance to experience the genius of Indian Accent right here in WA, and like we said, we’re excited it’s happening, and gutted we missed out on booking a seat for ourselves!
