Cott Beach plus delicious food? Now that’s a winning combo. Summer’s never looked so good, with the long-awaited redevelopment of Indiana Tearooms prefaced by the opening of Indigo Oscar: bursting with Latin flavour and here just for the summer. Here for a good time not a long time, baby!

Take in those panoramic oceans views while enjoying some zesty kingfish ceviche or woodfired king prawns – the name of the game is fresh, seasonal, and flavourful, reflecting the vibrancy of Central and South America using local produce.

There’ll be plenty to keep the party going, with boutique wines and cocktails available late into those balmy summer nights, and tunes to match.

But a day at the beach wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the kiosk, and they’re more than sorting us out on that front with Ol’ Buoy. Helmed by the guys from Daisies and Some-day, they’ll have killer coffee and simple eats on offer.
