Cosy And Coastal: Check Out Indigo Oscar’s Nourishing New Winter Menu
Dining by the sea seems like an absolute no-brainer during summer – but what about during the cooler months?
Well, sitting by the fire, enjoying a portobello-infused negroni and watching the wild ocean is certainly enough to convince us – especially with the promise of Indigo Oscar‘s winter menu.

As well as some long-time favourites (the crab arepas are staying, don’t worry), the menu has transitioned from bright sunshine to cosy comfort – while maintaining its distinctive Latin flair.
A roster of “sneaky snacks” features drink-friendly bites, like a winter mushroom skewer – charred and tender – served with a bright chimichurri and decadent roast chicken butter. Another highlight is a perfect-no-matter-the-weather potato scallop, ultra crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, topped with a refreshing kingfish ceviche.
Mains are suitably comforting – think tender, wood-fired lamb shoulder or a moreishly succulent roast chicken with a rich tomato and olive sauce.
The fireside lounge has also been transformed, offering an ever-changing snack menu and Latin American-inspired cocktails – no bookings required. Throw back some freshly shucked oysters with chef Tom Harper’s house-made hot sauce, a couple of tostadas topped with a smoked chimichurri beef tartare, or a few pieces of the adobo fried chicken with truffle hot sauce.
