Michelin Stars And Modern Korean Cuisine: Kozy Comes To West Perth
Chef James Park has a pretty impressive CV. After earning his stripes at Alla Prima, Seoul’s fine diner with two Michelin Stars, he’s had stints at Wildflower, SKØL and Doric Street Café + Kitchen.
Since December of 2021, he’s been the culinary force behind West Perth café Cherry & Grapes, serving up Asian-influenced, extremely Insta-friendly (and tastebud-friendly) brunches.

The team are now expanding their offerings with a new restaurant joining the fray. After the sun goes down, Cherry & Grapes will transform into Kozy, bringing their signature bold flavours into Friday and Saturday nights.
With a commitment to finding the best produce available locally, the degustation menu will change according to what’s on offer each day – but much like their daytime offerings, will be incorporating Korean flavours with a European twist.
“I like the idea of playing with the human senses,” Park said. “It is always fun and exciting to create different textures, flavours and aromas.”
