Le Diner en Blanc returns to Perth for another year’s pop up picnic party
Global pop-up Le Dîner en Blanc is returning for another year of ultra-bougie picnicking!
Beginning in Paris in 1988, over 85 cities across six continents now host their own Dîner en Blancs – with guests adhering to a strict head-to-toe white dress code, and bringing an elegant picnic (absolutely no paper plates allowed!) to a top secret location, revealed only as guests are en route.

(Catered picnic baskets are also on offer to guests to book in advance.)
This year, the annual event will be taking place on November 9 at a mysterious location in Perth and an impressive 2,000 diners. Previous locations over its eight years in WA have included Russell Square, Elizabeth Quay, Supreme Court Gardens, Optus Stadium, Yagan Square and last year, Fremantle Prison.
“Returning for another year of Le Dîner en Blanc is wonderful,” said Perth host Caroline James. “We are so excited about this year’s secret venue and the partners we get to work with to deliver an amazing event.”
“We look forward to crafting another memorable evening in Perth, where each detail contributes to a special night.”
Not just anyone can attend, though! Spots are strictly limited: head to the Le Dîner en Blanc website to find out more and register for the waitlist.
