Mount Hawthorn Wine Bar La Madonna Nera Is Now Doing Sunday Lunch

We can’t really get enough of Mount Hawthorn’s ever-expanding roster of excellent eating, and one of the cornerstones of this culinary renaissance has been the always-enticing, sultry vibes of La Madonna Nera.

With the addition of Sunday Spaghettata, you can now get some of those sultry vibes with a side of sunshine!

From 2PM each week, the wine bar will be serving up a special Sunday-only spaghetti dish – think wild rabbit ragù made with coniglio selvatico caught by family in Southern Cross, or a cuttlefish spaghetti with salumi dashi, topped with a generous sprinkling of lemon pangrattato.

There’ll also be a special weekly panini, alongside salumi and select stuzzichini from the regular menu for what we can only describe as Supreme Sunday Snacking.

Sunday Spaghettata is available between 2PM and 9PM, and fittingly for the relaxed Sunday vibes, it’s walk-ins only – check out La Madonna Nera’s Instagram for more info and a sneak peek of what to expect.
