For too long, our vegan friends have been left behind by the buttery, laminated goodness of a delicious pastry – but no longer!

Officially opening on February 8, W.H.I.P Patisserie will be cranking up the ovens in their brand new Inglewood store to create a tantalising selection of cakes, pastries, tarts and more – all entirely plant-based!

These baked goods are the brainchild of pastry chef Cédric Manile, formerly of fine dining restaurants Wildflower and Post, and his partner Laura Allieres. Utilising Australian native ingredients and French techniques, it won’t just be vegans who are looked after here, with a variety of dietary intolerances catered for.

This isn’t the first we’ve seen of W.H.I.P, though – they’ve been making appearances at markets all over Perth since 2020, steadily accruing a loyal following.

“With this retail space, we want to serve the community with the best locally made options, with great quality ingredients and made with love,” the pair said.

“Passion is key and we’ve loved surrounding ourselves with the most passionate partners we could find. We hope the community will love the selection of products, as much as we love creating them”.

W.H.I.P Patisserie will be located at 871 Beaufort Street, Inglewood.
