Taking lazy feasting to a new level, Silks at Crown Perth last week unveiled a new Yum Cha menu, which features a selection of incredible dumplings and bites that showcase a blend of Eastern and Western cooking techniques and flavours to give a fresh and modern take on traditional Chinese food.
Taking inspiration from authentic Chinese home cooking, the new menu has been crafted focusing on high quality Western Australian produce to create a fresh take on Chinese cuisine, filled with authentic flavours.
Focusing on high quality West Australian ingredients, the new lunch Yum Cha menu includes a range of steamed, baked and fried dumplings, as well as a delicious selection of noodle, congee and meat dishes including Prawn Black Gold Dumping, XO Turnip Cake with Bean Sprouts and Beef Siu Mai.
As part of the new Yum Cha selection, the restaurant is introducing a set $45 Yum Cha menu and a $55 Ultimate Lunch Yum Cha menu. Featuring a selection of Silks favourites, both menus are set to satisfy lunchtime cravings with delicious dumplings and bites – with the $55 menu also including dessert and a glass of sparkling wine.
