And while we normally like to leave things to the experts, sometimes we need the experts to show us the way – and that’s where Republic of Fremantle is stepping up to the plate (or in this case, the bar).

With an amazing dedication to the process, Republic of Fremantle have been expertly crafting vodka and gin from their distillery, utilising locally grown Verdelho grapes and a custom still – with their smooth, vibrant spirits the perfect base for any cocktail.

Their brand new, intimate masterclasses will show you the ins and outs of not just the perfect cocktail, but four different cocktails! As well as these four recipes, you’ll learn how to make your own ingredients from scratch, how to pre-batch your drinks for your next dinner party, and heaps of handy tips, tricks and techniques to give you the confidence to pour the next round in style.

Even better – every participant gets four delicious cocktails included as part of the masterclass to sip and savour!

Class sizes are limited to only 4 to 8 guests, so you know you’ll be getting plenty of expert advice and one on one teaching.
