    A brand new addition to the Parmelia Hilton Perth, the elegant little slice of CBD dining has been setting taste buds afire thanks to Chef Chad Miskiewicz, and they’re pulling out all the stops to make this Mother’s Day a special one on Sunday 9 May.

    The Samuels On Mill Afternoon Tea Buffet features a contemporary selection of hot and cold savoury items, along with a few naughty sweet treats to bring the afternoon home.

    Some of the savoury highlights include: Crispy Snapper and Caper Emulsion in a brioche bun, Roast Pork Bao Buns, Crab & Prawn Remoulade with avocado and lemon, Wagyu Burger Sliders with truffle mayo, Crisp Filo Quiche with bacon, chives and yoghurt, and Smoked Chicken Finger Sandwiches with lemon mayo.

    On the sweet side expect Belgian Chocolate Mousse, Assorted Mini Cheesecakes, Macarons, Pralines, Truffles, Yuzu Meringue Tarts and much more.
