Pull Into Servo, A Brand New Restaurant Opening In Leederville
With The Leederville Hotel dropping its brand new look a few weeks ago and The Garden’s re-branding complete, there was one final piece of the puzzle to come with that precincts redevelopment – a brand new restaurant!
Enter Servo, taking inspo from the industrial nature of its tenancy, featuring a genre-less menu that’s only mission is to service all-day dining for any occasion.
According to the team, the food will revel in “culinary cross-pollination”, a gastronomic wonderland featuring anything from rigatoni tikka masala with buffalo ricotta, cheese steak carpaccio, endive and apple coleslaw with chorizo crumbs to chilled snake beans with sesame and quinoa and much more.
On the bar side of things we’re talking vibrant wines and cocktails where old faves mix with funky new locals, spicy margaritas and seasonal spritzes.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, come late September Servo will extend its offerings with Servo Kebab and Servo Yard Bar.
The former slinging grilled meats and vegetables wrapped in bread to lunchtime and late-night legends with equal abandon, while the latter will be a classic yard bar, for gathering with pals.
That’s about all we can tell you for now, outside of the fact it opens tomorrow (September 16), you can check out a few happy snaps below and head to the WEBSITE for more info!
