A leafy, refurbished warehouse space? Home to a distillery with award-winning gin? With gin masterclasses? And a locally-sourced menu?

You’ll have to pinch us, because this is sounding almost too good to be true.

Thankfully, we’re not dreaming – with the team from Spirit of Little Things set to open the doors to their urban distillery later this month. Conveniently located just across the road from the Daglish train station (for when you’ve enjoyed the gin tasting a little too thoroughly), the distillery will be in a plant-filled warehouse. A gin-lover’s oasis!

You can expect to find their handcrafted, signature gins on offer, which are made using organic Australian wheat and local native botanicals in a “bush to bottle” process. They’ll also have some special, limited-edition releases on offer – plus a few craft beers and wines for those less spirited.

Wander in for a cocktail or two and a bite to eat (think La Delizia Latticini burrata paired with North Street Store bread and WA honey – lush), or book in the gang for a whole masterclass and get into the ins and outs of gin.

The distillery is open Thursday-Sunday from the 23rd of September, and will be located at 205A Railway Road, Subiaco.
