Ready for a tipple?

Spring on Queen is, rather aptly, making a spring transformation as it becomes the new Perth home for Beyond Distilling – and harkening back to its time as well-loved gin-centric venue The Flour Factory.

Bringing flavours and inspiration stretching from each corner of our state, Beyond Distilling – helmed by Master Distiller Greg Garnish alongside former Eagles teammates Chris Masten and Josh Kennedy – invites you to take a moment and “Be Still” amongst the hustle and bustle of the CBD.

Beyond’s signature gin is x17 – referencing not just Kennedy’s playing number, but the 17 botanicals from his Mid West home, with notes of sea celery, pink grapefruit, Geraldton wax, salt bush and verticordia. It’s a labour of local love – with a base alcohol crafted in-house using locally grown barley and Margaret River wine, and 98% of the botanicals used in their spirits grown within 500km of Perth.

Officially opening their doors on September 4, Beyond City Distillery will not only serve a range of expertly crafted Beyond cocktails, but the arrival of 10 baby copper stills will mean that you can craft your own signature gin under the watchful guidance of Garnish!

The events program will also include intimate masterclasses, curated cocktail degustations and Beyond Bottomless lunches – accompanied by Spring’s seasonal menu, of course.
