Did someone say Euro-autumn? Subi Spritz announces sparkling 2025 program

This March, Subi Spritz is back to transform Subiaco into a slice of Mediterranean paradise for 10 balmy nights.

The festival promises to be a celebration of Southern-Europe’s famous food, drink and culture through a range of one-of-a-kind experiences, with something on offer for everyone.

Now in its fourth year, Subi Spritz, in collaboration with more than 10 of Subiaco’s most beloved venues, is bringing patrons a taste of la dolce vita.

Pasta Lane is returning to the program, converting three of Subiaco’s iconic laneways into alfresco trattorias for two nights after the roaring success of the event in 2024.

What’s new? 

As well as welcoming back its famous Conti Roll Contest and Pasta Lane the festival has expanded with pop-up cellar door takeovers, an open air aperitivo bar, and activities for kids joining the 2025 program.

Subi Spritz is offering free entry to the ten days of festivities, rounding off with a family friendly closing party, Vino Alfresco, stacked with Italian street eats, a spritz bar, Euro wine tastings, Italo-disco DJs, and children’s entertainment.

City of Subiaco Mayor David McMullen said Subi Spritz is fast becoming the an annual fave of the City’s annual calendar.

“Subi Spritz has quickly become a highlight of our annual calendar… A celebration of food, drink, vibrant culture and heritage; it is European, and it is Subiaco,” he said.

“Events like Subi Spritz not only showcase the unique character of Subiaco, they also provide an important boost to our local businesses.”
