The Maniacs At Bark Have Invented A Chicken Crimpy Margarita

The mad lads at Subi’s beloved neighbourhood drinking hole Bark have thrown caution to the wind in pursuit of delicious Australiana – and they’ve emerged, triumphantly, with a range of new cocktails that includes a chicken crimpy margarita.
We all know, of course, that chicken salt is the elite, umami-bomb seasoning that sets Australia apart, and a salty rim is a key component to any good marg… So why not combine the two: Espolon tequila, lime, agave, and salty, chicken-y deliciousness?
That’s not all they’ll have on offer though! The bar is also debuting more Australiana-inspired flavours, with a Fairy Bread Flip that features a good ol’ sprinkling of 100s & 1000s, a Tim Tam espresso martini and The Pav, with Old Young’s signature Pavlova vodka.
