Innaloo pub The Saint has reopened as The Morris following a $3 million upgrade
Following a huge $3 million upgrade, Innaloo’s The Saint has reopened – and it’s got a whole new look.
As well as its new look, the revamp has also seen the pub return to its original name from the ’50s: The Morris.
The pub can now hold up to 1,500 patrons Across four inside and outside spaces – including the addition of a family-friendly Terrace that includes a brand new outdoor playground, alongside refurbished Front Bar, Hall and Patio areas.
But the new look is just one part of the puzzle, with the ALH-owned pub also totally revamping their food offering to focus on local suppliers and a range of elevated pub classics.
“The food scene in WA is a vibrant and buzzing culinary experience that is solidifying itself as one of the best in the country and that is something we wanted to capitalise on,” said ALH WA Executive Chef Wendy Miedzinski.

“The focus on simplicity really lets the quality of local produce shine through.”
“Our beef is predominantly sourced from Dardanup in the South West with bespoke sausages, crafted specifically for our Banger Rolls and classic Bangers & Mash dishes.”
WA-sourced seafood also features across the menu, with swordfish from Rotto, Shark Bay scallop ceviche, Geraldton lobster and Exmouth snapper used in their signature Fish n’ Chips.
24 taps are flowing with ice cold beer, but you’ll also be able to sip on a selection of local artisan spirits and a new menu of sunshine-ready cocktails (including a low-cal marg for guilt-free cocktail seshes).
The Morris is located at 2 Morris Road, Innaloo.
