Farm to table festivities: Level up your summer soirées and Christmas catch ups at this premium steakhouse
At this festive, frantic, frazzled time of the year, we’re making a firm resolution: to treat ourselves.
And what’s more “treat yourself” than a juicy, tender, succulent steak?
Nestled within the newly-rebuilt C.Y. O’Connor Village Precinct, premium dining destination the Steak House’s fire-powered kitchen showcases beef at its very best.
Every steak, burger and bite of beef on their always-changing menu is sourced from the restaurant’s very own family owned and operated Melaleuka Farm, just 50-odd kilometres away in North Dandalup.
The farm’s speciality is Akaushi cattle – a premium Japanese breed that boasts amazing fat marbling with a lower melting point than other breeds, which means extra tender “melt beef” that’s even better for you.
