A Falcon Fish And Chip Shop Was Voted WA’s Best In The Great Australian Fish And Chip Awards!

A Falcon chippy has been crowned the state’s favourite fish and chip shop!

The Great Australian Fish and Chip Awards, run by Seafood Industry Australia (SIA), received over 60,000 votes from the public for 2022’s People’s Choice Awards – awarding winners from each state and celebrating Australia’s world-class seafood. In WA, Ralphy’s Ocean Treats managed to take home the crown.

“The Great Australian Fish & Chip Awards showcase the very best fish & chip businesses around the country, while they celebrate our great Australian seafood, and the fishers who produce all of our favourite seafoods,” SIA CEO Veronica Papacosta said.

“We encourage everyone to take a night or two off from the kitchen, get together with your friends and family, and support your local takeaway store and your fishers, while you enjoy some Great Australian Fish & Chips.”
