This new dining experience inside a Collie quarry next month looks epic
While we normally associate Wellington National Park with awesome walk trails and views of the massive Wellington Dam mural, this new fine dining experience looks pretty darn special.
Feast at the Quarry is coming to the Quarry picnicking spot next door to Wellington Dam this October, featuring two nights of delicious dining and live music.
Internationally-renowned chef and restauranteur Scott Hallsworth will be curating the menus The Quarry’s Table dinner on Saturday 14 October, before it gives way to Lunch at the Quarry the following day.

The events come after Kaya Collie Quarry Dining Experience sold out last year, thrilling WA foodies and further enhancing Collie’s growing status as a WA tourism destination.
The Quarry’s Table – A Fine Dining Experience will present a four-course culinary journey of Japanese-fusion influence, with live music from Adam Hall and The Velvet Playboys.
And then on the Sunday the lunch experience serves up a cocktail-style event and musical line-up of Chaos & Harmony, Kate Hindle, and Scarlet’s Way.
Both menus will curated by Hallsworth, who is from Collie and is now based in London, famed for his role as head chef at Nobu London, and currently running popular Asian fusion restaurant The Freak Scene.
