Alfred’s Pizzeria

Cocktails, late night pizza and rock’n’roll down in a dimly lit CBD basement – what’s not to love about Alfred’s rad little hole in the wall on Barrack St. The bar is absolutely stacked, the playlist pumping and their three vegetarian pizza options can all be made vegan on request.

Bistro Bellavista

This popular East Perth spot specialise in woodfired pizza and pasta, with a strong focus on authentic Italian/Mediterranean dining that’ll have you crawling out the door post-feast. The Spaghetti Aglio Olio is a classic favourite, tossed in oil, garlic and fresh chili for a spicy kick. Pair it with the Focaccia Al Forno (homemade focaccia with EVOO and balsamic) and ending with a nice black coffee for a full traditional Italian experience!

Double Rainbow in the belly of the funky Rechabite Hall has vegan dishes from entrée all the way through to dessert! Current highlights include kimchi fried rice, eggplant rendang and turmeric coconut curry.

The Globe is proof you can do modern pub fare without excluding vegans, having recently added a few options to their menu that make a great addition to those after work beverages. Their most popular would have to be the sweet spicy cauliflower, resembling agedashi tofu with a hot kick, served with spicy jalapeno aioli.

In terms of Asian eateries, Little China Girl has to be right up where when it comes to vegan friendly dining. They offer a whopping two-page menu, featuring dishes big and small and even a few sneaky desserts. Highlights include their steamed BBQ “Pork” Buns and Singaporean Rice Noodles.

Lucky Chan’s Tofu Fries are basically world famous at this point, no meal is complete without a serving of the delicious little fried soldiers with a size of vegan Kewpie mayo. If you’re chasing something with a little extra kick, the Spicy Vegan Bao’s combo of Szechuan mushroom, fried tofu and slaw should do the trick.

A dreamy combination of modern and heritage, The Stables have CBD drinking and dining on lock, just follow the cobble stone path and wander through the iron gates. They do the usually hard to find dairy-free arancini to perfection, served with creamy vegan mayo – absolutely delicious!

If you’ve been craving an authentic Greek dining experience and homely “meze” style meals than may we humbly direct you towards Yefsi’s traditional menu made with love. Yefsi’s hummus and Melitzanosalata (eggplant) dips are textured and flavoursome, served with delicious pita bread, and their Yemista (stuffed vegetables with rice and herbs) are fantastic!
