A huge new festival is headed our way, featuring dance icons, drone shows, gourmet eats and more
Ozone Reserve in East Perth will be the stage for a brand new music festival headed our way on November 2, when Australia’s first-ever Alive Garden Party rolls into town.
A festival with something for everyone, it’s headlined by UK sensation Club Symphony, bringing a full live symphony orchestra reimagining dance music classics from the likes of Fatboy Slim, Faithless, Robyn, The Chemical Brothers, Eurythmics, Swedish House Mafia and many more.
The show is curated and directed by legendary production duo Brothers in Rhythm (Pet Shop Boys, New Order), DJ Dave Seaman (Mixmag) and Kylie’s music director Steve Anderson, all joining forces with Cliff Masterson (Depeche Mode, Kylie).
The symphony will be amplified with an array of guest vocalists, plus The Potbelleez (DJ Set) and world-renowned Daft Punk tribute show “Discovery” will be on support duties, alongside DJ Yo! Mafia.
If you’re thinking that all sounds pretty swell, it’s just the beginning with Alive Garden Party also featuring a customised drone show that’ll be synced to the orchestra!

“We’ve taken the global concept and turned it on its head,” say organisers. “Alive Garden Party was born because music festivals aren’t for everyone, and concerts sometimes don’t quite hit the spot…
“So, we created a highly bespoke, beautiful and comfortable experience for every concert-goer!”
Alive Garden Party will be offering quality gourmet local produce, paired with premium beverage options, with guests encouraged to head down in the afternoon to take advantage of the open green spaces, riverside views, kick off their shoes and relax on the grass, soaking in the atmosphere.
There’ll be wine and cheese tastings to enjoy, paint and sip lessons, rides, sideshow alley games, pottery painting and loads more, with the option to pre-order hampers and make a real big day out of it all.
Tickets are on sale now, head to alivegardenparty.com to grab tickets today.
