Cheech & Chong. Woody & Buzz. Holmes & Watson. Thelma & Louise. Beavis & Butthead. Chicken And…Beer. A list of iconic duos to be sure, and while most of those are fictional characters you can watch on TV, the last one is something you’ll be able to experience in real life at the inaugural Chicken & Beer Festival. Taking over Subiaco Market Square for the entire ANZAC Day long weekend in late April, you’ll have the opportunity to experience every finger lickin’ type of chicken you can imagine, along with plenty of fun like footy on the big screen, buskers, silent discos, carnival rides, garden games and more.

Outside of the big announcement that Sole Survivor David Genat, crowned during the 2020 season of Australian Survivor: All Stars, will be the event’s Ambassador, here’s what you can expect vendor wise:

Whalebone – 4 Pines – Pirate Life – Fat Bull – Brookvale Union – Funk Cider – Heroes & Comrades – Mountain Goat – Colonial Brewing Co. – Little Creatures – Green Beacon – Balter

In addition to this massive selection of food and bevvy options, Chicken & Beer Festival will provide an opportunity for plenty of fun and entertainment, with buskers, carnival rides, garden games, a silent disco, AFL games on the big screen and plenty more.
