Rock Icons Green Day, Weezer And Fall Out Boy Are Coming To Perth
Talk about the Holy Trinity – after releasing their 13th studio album, Father Of All… today, Green Day have announced The Hella Mega Tour, featuring themselves, joined by fellow rock powerhouses Weezer and Fall Out Boy.
Commencing in Paris mid-year, the huge-ass tour will make its way down under towards the end of the year, with some big stadium shows including a stop at HBF Park on Sunday 8 November.

Between the three of them, they’ve sold over 100 million records worldwide, with Green Day accounting for more than 70 million of those. And it’s hardly surprising, with monster albums like their breakout debut Dookie, and legit classic rock opera American Idiot, Grammy Award winner for Best Rock Album in 2004.
No slouches themselves, Weezer will be releasing their 14th album Van Weezer in May, promising a set of new hits along with seminal tracks like Buddy Holly, Undone (The Sweater Song), Say It Ain’t So and Hash Pipe, to name but a few.
Lastly, and of course certainly not least, Fall Out Boy will be bringing their huge raft of mid-2000s bangers like Thnks fr th Mmrs, This Ain’t A Scene, It’s An Arms Race and I Don’t Care.
Tickets for the very appropriately titled Hella Mega Tour go on sale Friday 14 February at 11am via LIVENATION.COM.AU.
