Henry Summer’s Pooch A Palooza Returns With Dog Yoga, Markets, Fashion & More

If you’re one of those people who can’t leave home without your best friend (we’re talking doggos, of course), there’s a good chance you’ll know Henry Summer is one of the friendliest dog-friendly bars in the city.

And after a successful launch last year, they’re bringing back Pooch A Palooza, a free event for you and your puppy pals (and normal human pals too, we guess) to enjoy a few beverages with your best buds in tow.

From 12pm on Sunday 29 March, the lush green surrounds of Henry Summer will transform into doggy day care centre, with off-lead play areas, photo booths, dog washing and free treats with every cocktail purchased.

They’re also teaming up with Yab Yum Yoga and SAFE Bunbury for yoga with a rescue dog from 10.30am-11.30am, with the $30 tickets all going straight to charity.

Lastly, if you fancy your canine on the catwalk, the Mutt Strutt Fashion Show will be crowning a few best in shows, namely:
Boopiest snoot (cutest)
Cleverest Pooch (best tricks)
Best Bork (best personality)
Floofiest Floof (best coat)
Goodest Boy (best overall boy)
Goodest Girl (best overall girl)
