Have you ever walked past a cool or weird-looking house around Perth and thought, “I wonder what’s going on in there?” Since 2012 Open House Perth have been helping you answer that question with their free, 2-day festival celebrating our city’s architecture, design and built environment.
Opening up some of Western Australia’s most compelling spaces. From commercial towers and residential marvels to hidden heritage treasures and world class architecture and design studios, Open House Perth has been inviting Perthites into these worlds to tune of thousands each year.
Since launching in 2012, more than 400,000 people have sauntered through some of Perth’s most exciting and unique locations, and that’s set to continue in 2019 with the announcement of this year’s destinations.
Taking place on the weekend of November 16-17, it’s the festival’s biggest event yet, with over 120 locations all across the city and surrounding suburbs opening their doors to your inquisitive minds.
They’re also looking for volunteers to help out once again, so check out that full list of destinations and get all the info you need via the Open House Website.
