Here’s A Round Up Of The Bushire Benefit Gigs Happening Around Perth
We were going to start this with some kinda joke about how you must have come down in the last shower if you haven’t been across the bushfire crisis currently gripping the country at the moment, but rain (or a lack there-of) is part of the problem. So no doubt you’re well aware of the devastating toll bushfires have taken on land, lives, homes and wildlife over the past couple of months.
As we are wont to do in times of crisis, Australia has already been digging deep to help out those in need, and it doesn’t look like slowing down anytime soon. The music and arts community around the country has been quick to galvanise too, putting on benefit shows around Australia, and Perth is of course, no different.
We’ve gone on a little hunt to try and wrap up as many of the upcoming bushfire benefit shows happening around Perth in the coming weeks, which we implore you to check out below.
It’s so important during tough times to maintain and strengthen that sense of community we hold so proudly, and giving a little back to those in need while you do so is even better.
