It’s almost time for one of Western Australia’s most unique – and popular – cycling events, the MSWA Ocean Ride- Powered by Retravision.
Taking riders along Perth’s stunning coastline all the way from Fremantle to Hillarys, the picturesque ride also help make a huge difference to the thousands of people living with all neurological conditions in WA.
In 2019 almost 1,500 riders joined in, to raise more than $348,000 for MSWA. This year, they are looking to reach even greater heights to support the thousands of Western Australians living with neurological conditions. This includes people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, and Acquired Brain Injury, to name a few.
They’re also thrilled to have Graeme Brown OAM onboard as an ambassador for this year’s event. Graeme has had a long and illustrious career in the professional cycling arena, and is a dual Olympic Games Gold Medallist, dual World Championship Gold Medallist and dual Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist. He’ll be taking on the 120km Challenge!
So whether you’re a keen rider or just love the idea of a cruise along Perth’s beautiful coast, the MSWA Ocean Ride-Powered by Retravision is a great event for a greater cause.
