The biggest drinking establishment in Australia, The Camfield, is kicking things off in 2021 with an incredible new Wine Lunch Series.

The four-part journey will take place once a month on Saturdays from January 16 to April 17, with a unique wine paired lunch showcasing 18 wineries with special guest appearances, held in The Hall from 11.30am until 2pm.

To kick things off they’ll be celebrating WA with ‘GO LOCAL’, a lunch filled with top quality dishes from some of WA’s finest small producers.

Think char-grilled Exmouth tiger prawns, The Mushroom Guys’ shitake mushroom tempura, Maffra cheddar & Warrigal greens risotto, Stirling Ranges grilled beef fillet and Cambray cheeses to finish.

On the wine front you can expect flavours from regions as far and wide as Margaret River, Pemberton and Denmark, from the likes of Millbrook Winery, Smithbrook Estate and Rockliffe.

Then just before Valentine’s Day (hint hint) on February 13 it’s a ‘CHARDY PARTY’, featuring six iconic chardonnays from Chandon, William Fevre, Cape Mentelle, Leeuwin Estate and Saint Clair along with a delicious four course meal.

March 6 puts the focus on natty wines for ‘WINE UNTOUCHED’, sampling the minimal intervention flavours of Chalari Wines, The Alchemists and Chaffey Bros Wine Co and a menu sourced using only sustainable farming practices.

Finally, on April 17 ‘WINE GIANTS’ celebrates the big boys (and girls) in the winemaking business like Leeuwin Estate, Penfolds, St Hugo, Cape Mentelle and Vasse Felix.

You’ll enjoy eight rare all-star vintages, paired with another four delicious course meal to match.

If one or all of these sound like your cup of vino, head to the Camfield’s BOOKING PAGE to secure your seats now.
