Join KX Pilates Mount Lawley &amp; Lifeline as we raise funds and awareness for mental health, and take part in the worlds longest Pilates class.The 24 Hour Pilates for Mental Health relay raises awareness about the benefits of group exercise and the positive impact it can have on your mental wellbeing. You can join the relay for $39 per session, for the average cost of a call to Lifeline - with 100% of proceeds being donated to fund their life saving work across Australia.Classes are run every hour, on the hour, and are 50 minutes long. Plenty of prizes and food and drink donated my local businesses across Perth for participants on the day.
