A Weekend In Paris High Tea at The Westin Perth

The Westin Perth introduces a delectable new High Tea experience; ‘A Weekend in Paris’ in collaboration with Moet & Chandon. The Westin is Perth’s home of High Tea and this new offering is sure to delight those that long for a Parisian sojourn. Launching from Saturday 30 July to Sunday 18 September in the stunning surrounds of the Haven Lounge, this limited-edition High Tea invites guests to indulge in the most luxurious sweet and savoury Parisian-inspired delicacies by Executive Pastry Chef Kiran Jetti.

Tonka bean hazelnut scone, strawberry preserve, Chantilly cream Paris. Vanilla cremeux, marzipan, old-school almond praline Bliss. Valrhona dark chocolate, creme brulee centre, crunchy feuilletine Ispahan. Macaron, lychee, rose, raspberries Eiffel, Crumble short crust, Kalamansi cremeau, nougatine. A Weekend in Paris – Savoury Potato blini, smoke salmon roulade, quail egg, caviar Duck a l’orange-parfait, choux bun, orange puree Prawn frit, brioche, confit garlic aioli Grilled camembert, fig jam, pistachio, spiced honey.

A Weekend In Paris High Tea is available on Saturdays and Sundays in two sittings, 11:00am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm. Prices start at $65 per person including unlimited coffee and tea, and those feeling extra luxe can add a glass of Moet & Chandon for an additional $20. This very special High Tea is also available as a takeaway option for those wishing to experience a taste of Paris in the comfort of their own home (alcohol not available for takeaway).
