Advanced Care Planning Workshop

In this 2 hour interactive workshop facilitated by Palliative Care WA, you will get the opportunity to explore what’s important to you and your family’s end-of-life wishes. We will take a “think, talk, write and share” approach to planning for the last stage of life. There is never a better time than now to ensure you and your loved one’s end-of-life care is as seamless, comfortable and dignified as it should be.
