Alain Otto's Solo Photographic Exhibition: Alain's 40 years in Fremantle has strongly highlighted the deep attachment that Australians have for the land especially driven by Aboriginal people and their ancestors , they have given us the great gift of connection to their land through stories, traditions and culture. As a European he could not help to notice the contrast with Australia as our connections lie mostly with monuments, castles, cathedrals and moments in history, this gave Alain great inspiration to use the beautiful light of the Australian west and show the beauty that lies around us, this ancient land is our biggest treasure.
