ARETHA: A love letter to the queen of soul at Joondalup Festival 2024

Following sell out shows on the Eastern seaboard, ARETHA: A love letter to the queen of soul will perform its WA debut at Joondalup Festival.

Paying tribute to one of the most powerful and loved voices in music, six proud Australian voices will come together to perform 32 hand selected hits by Aretha Franklin. The musical performance will be narrated by Australian actor, writer and director Jada Alberts.

Joining Alberts will be soul and blues singer Mahalia Barnes, ARIA-nominated First Nations artist Emma Donovan, Thandi Phoenix, Karen Lee Andrews and Thndo.
