Baby Mammoth Kitchen Takeover

Chef Luca is enjoying a holiday with his family who are over from Italy, so Volare have invited the well-loved and much-missed Baby Mammoth to take over the kitchen in his absence! Opened in 2013 by Tania and Ryan Lambson, the Northbridge institution was amongst Perth’s first specialty craft beer venues, equally loved for the delicious food as well as the left-field brews it poured. Ryan is no stranger to designing creative and delicious dishes to have a drink with, having curated over 100 beer and Chefslab events throughout Baby Mammoth’s lifespan. The team have created a delectable menu of small plates which will be available at Volare from 23 November to 4 December.
