<p>Saturday 3 August &#8211; Agave all-day: the mystery of mescal, tequila and margaritas revealed.<br />
Saturday 10 August &#8211; From Italy, with love &#8211; a deep dive into the Italian classics, their origins and techniques.<br />
Saturday 17 August &#8211; Find me a shrubbery &#8211; the art of using vinegar to up your cocktail game.<br />
Saturday 24 August &#8211; Advanced cocktail techniques &#8211; get geeky with Dylan as he reveals the techniques behind clarification, fat washing, and infusions.</p>
