Every Saturday for the month of August come sit at the bar and be schooled in the art of cocktail making by Dylan Long and Mark Rutter, two of Perth’s greats.

Then, enjoy a cocktail-paired feast of Tiny’s classics:

Saturday 3 August – Agave all-day: the mystery of mescal, tequila and margaritas revealed.
Saturday 10 August – From Italy, with love – a deep dive into the Italian classics, their origins and techniques.
Saturday 17 August – Find me a shrubbery – the art of using vinegar to up your cocktail game.
Saturday 24 August – Advanced cocktail techniques – get geeky with Dylan as he reveals the techniques behind clarification, fat washing, and infusions.

$30 for the masterclass, with snacks and one very fine beverage or $130 for the master class, followed by a cocktail-matched feast.
